Games Programmer

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in object-oriented and 3D programming concepts and experience programming on the DS/Wii or other current consoles.

Duties involve multiple aspects of game development and include, but are not limited to, writing technical documentation, implementation and debugging of game features, and collaborating with team members to solve problems.

Candidates must possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Experience creating one or more games built on a 3D API (OpenGL, Direct3D, etc.)
  • Experience in multi-threaded programming, network programming, audio, data compression, and code portability.
  • Desire to find and use creative visual elements that make a game stand out
  • Passion for building great software and software engineering
  • Ability to write clean and efficient code

Games Producer

Producers are responsible for leading the production of the games, which involves design decisions, asset creation coordination, team management, communication with clients, scheduling and making sure all of our titles are top-tier. Candidates should be creative in game design as well as troubleshooting, and should have a fine attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Professional experience in game development
  • Ability to manage all aspects of a project, including design, development and quality assurance
  • Must be organized, self motivated, and creative in regards to both the game being developed and troubleshooting problem areas in development
  • Must have excellent communication skills, working with internal team members, contractors and clients
  • Must be able to learn new technologies and tools quickly
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, and other art development tools
  • Must adhere to timelines and deadlines, and be able to encourage team members to do the same
  • Attention to detail
  • Insight into possible problems, bottlenecks and ability to take preemptive action to defer such issues

Additional Considerations:
  • Mobile development experience
  • Additional experience directly in game development (programming, art, design) is a bonus.

Game Artist



We are currently seeking several well-rounded 'Games Artist' with extensive experience in creating game art, ranging from Traditional Concept Art to final in-game art and animation .As a 'Games Artist' working on our 'Arcade' and 'Sports' titles, you will be a major part of our development team in the creation of Innovative Art concepts & animation for a superior gameplay experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Environment and character concept development.
  • UI visual concepts.
  • Storyboards and Art Assets breakdown documents.
  • Creating 2D Art assets in-line with the guidelines such as Color-Palettes, Number of frames without affecting the look & art-style.
  • Creating 3D Art assets in-line with the guidelines such as Poly-count, Dimensions, Orientations etc. Creating textures and animations for 3D Models.
  • Motion Graphics that mainly includes Animatics, Particle effects & Scene transitions.
  • Cinematic and Cut-scene design
  • Game Logos & Icons Design
  • Game Idea Generation
  • Assist with project scheduling.
  • Problem solve by proactively looking for opportunities to optimize and enhance an effective animation pipeline.
  • Identify and enlist support for ideas and improvements for in-house tools and systems.
  • Co-ordinate effectively with the programming team to deliver compelling gameplay experiences.

Requirements:
  • You have shipped a minimum of 1 AAA title
  • A demo reel that demonstrates a solid understanding of animation theory and principles
  • Strong Storyboarding skills
  • Solid traditional and Graphic-design skills
  • Previous experience in using 3D Software like Autodesk 3DS MAX or MAYA & 2D Software like Adobe Photoshop & Flash.
  • Should actively involve in researches new industry developments and art techniques for future projects
  • Strong personal project and task management skills

Technical Artist

Technical artists work with the artists, programmers and other production staff to efficiently integrate and manage the graphics of a game, communicate requirements for technical limitations, and help streamline the art/code production workflow. Candidates should be creative in game design as well as troubleshooting, and should have a fine attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and supervise the creation of game pipelines and workflows, working in conjunction with engineers and Art Director
  • Regularly audit and streamline all art production methods (Including Level Art, Modeling, Character Animation/Motion Capture, Visual Effects and Lighting)
  • Act as a bridge between art and engineering disciplines
  • Solve technical production issues as needed
  • Create rigging, character control rigs, setup & weighting
  • Create MEL scripts to improve rigging and animation workflows
  • Test and evaluate new internal and "off the shelf" software tools and technologies for real-time artwork development
  • Review current and emerging technologies and technical developments for incorporation into the game engine

Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Art or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in Computer Graphics
  • 2 years experience on AAA console game development
  • Computer Programming/Scripting experience (e.g. C++, MEL, Python, Etc…)
  • A strong knowledge of game development software and techniques (e.g. Maya, Photoshop, Etc…)
  • An appreciation and balance of both art and engineering concepts.
